We’re not ashamed to say we’re huge vintage film fans. We film our Super 8 footage on real vintage cameras and actual rolls of film. It’s developed and processed for us by a special lab in California.

The most fun part of adding Super 8 film is you two will get to film each other during your portraits on our Super 8 camera. Not to mention it’s fun for your guests to see us using a Super 8 camera to film parts of your day. It’ll give your parents all the childhood feels, and add some home movie realness to your film that’s unlike anything else.

Each Super 8 film roll delivers about three minutes of final footage. Your footage will be edited into your digital highlight film + you’ll receive a separate digital video of the full roll.

16 mm film is twice the width of Super 8 film, meaning even more detail + less grain for nostalgic film that is cinema quality.

Our 16mm camera is twice the size of our Super 8 film cameras - but also twice the vibe. It’s crank-wound and you’ll feel like a young Steven Speilberg filming each other on your wedding day, and you’ll look epic doing it in your photos.
